9th Circuit dismisses AG appeal in abortion ban injunction case

Attorney General Douglas Moylan has been dealt another blow in his effort to remove the injunction on Guam’s old abortion ban, which the Supreme Court of Guam has already deemed to be without effect.
Judges at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have dismissed the AG’s case in their court, deeming Moylan’s appeal moot in light of the Guam Supreme Court decision.
